Information & Registration

You are invited to participate in an exciting college and career event being planned for middle school students in Tulare County. Tulare County Office of Education will host the sixth annual College Offers Opportunities for Life (COOL) Night. This event will focus on the needs of students, grades six through eight, to learn about high school, college, and careers. This event has parent and student components, with an expected attendance of 1,000 - 3,000 people from throughout Tulare County. We would like to invite your college to participate in the Opportunity Fair. The objective is to provide information to students and parents in three areas of interest:
  • Careers
  • Colleges
  • High school (in particular clubs, athletics, and organizations)
At last year's event, evaluations cited the need for more college participation in the Opportunity Fair. This is a great outreach opportunity! It is the "College: Making It Happen" event for the entire county of Tulare. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to facilitate planning for the event.
