Matt Lee, a strong supporter of Tulare County Office of Education-School Health Community Challenge Grant's activities, is always looking for opportunities to acknowledge his students' strengths. Because he is willing to implement new programs that would benefit his students, Matt has been a very accommodating and helpful partner.
