Ray has given our youth the opportunity to establish a work history, learn valuable work ethics, and gain valuable hands-on work experience in the building and maintenance industry. He demonstrates teamwork, leadership and excellent ethics in the world of work around his environment. Several of our youth have been hired because he believes in giving them the opportunity many of them have never been given before.
