Friday Night Live Mentoring

Friday Night Live Programs The primary focus of these programs is to provide opportunities in relationship building with peers and adult allies, skill building, leadership and advocacy. Participants involved in these programs are less likely to engage in problem behaviors, more likely to achieve in school, and are more likely to attend higher education or secure a full-time job. Choices uses these programs to model and encourage healthy lifestyles free of alcohol, tobacco, or other substance abuse among youth.

Standards of Practice

Youth development research indicates youth need opportunities to contribute to their communities in safe, meaningful, and healthy ways.
