• Personnel In-Kind Report (Excel) (pdf)
  - to be used when tracking hours of Superintendent/Principal or other district employees (teachers, secretary, food service director, business manager, etc.).
  
  
• Mileage In-Kind Report (Excel) (pdf)
  - used to account for travel completed which is necessary to conduct after school program business (e.g., attending meetings for CHOICES, delivering items, etc.). This applies to individuals not requesting, nor eligible to receive, reimbursement for mileage from TCOE (e.g., volunteers and/or district employees).
  
  
• Professional Services In-Kind Report (pdf)
  - to be used when tracking hours of guests to the program who volunteer within the capacity of their primary profession (e.g., doctor giving student talk on career or health; dental hygienist giving demonstration of proper flossing; fire fighter conducting fire escape simulation; etc.).
  
  
• Single Volunteer In-Kind Report (Excel) (pdf)
  - to be used by volunteers (e.g., parent, non-professional adult, high school/junior high school student, troop scout leader, etc.) who come on campus regularly, one form per volunteer. The current hourly rate recognized by TCOE for volunteers is $22.79 per hour.
  
  
• Parent & Community Volunteer In-Kind Report (pdf)
  - to be used by parent and/or community groups who come to volunteer on a drop-in, or single, basis. The current hourly rate recognized by TCOE for volunteers is $22.79 per hour.

  - to be used for any materials donated for the operation of the program and can be donated by general community and/or school community.
