Annual Notification
Deferred Pay
Employees who receive 10 or 11 equal monthly paychecks may sign up for the Deferred Pay plan. This program takes a calculated amount of money from your monthly checks and is deposited into a "holding" fund. The dollar amount is then paid out during the month or months the employee does not receive a regular pay check.
The plan stays in effect unless cancelled by the employee OR if there is a work schedule change which entitles the employee to 12 equal paychecks. Employees receiving 12 equal paychecks are not eligible for the deferred pay plan.
