District Service AgreementsFunding is allocated to the 54 participating school districts to provide supplemental education and support services for migrant students. A funding process is used to allocate monies to districts, part of which is based on the number of identified migrant children and their needs. Service agreements describe the provision of instructional and support services for migrant students by school districts and help to ensure that migrant children can benefit from state and local systemic reforms.
